How to take orders on WhatsApp without commission

Updated October 27, 2026

Your customers already talk to you on WhatsApp. This guide shows how to turn those chats into complete orders, each with a code and a tracking page, while every sale stays yours.

  1. Build your catalog

Sign up free and go through four short steps: your business and your link, how customers reach you, where you deliver and how they pay, and how your page looks. Then add what you sell, with photos, prices and options such as sizes or extras. Choose Order mode so customers fill a cart.

  2. Share your link, and where to put it

Your page lives at your own pluvika.com link. Put it in your Instagram bio, in your WhatsApp Business profile, in your status and on your packaging, and send it to anyone who messages you asking what you have. One link holds everything you sell.

  3. How an order arrives

The customer picks items, adds a note if they want, enters their name and number and chooses delivery or pickup. One tap on Send order on WhatsApp opens WhatsApp with the order already written: the order code first, then each item with its choices and price, the total and the payment method, delivery or pickup and when, the customer's name and number, the address with a map pin, their note and a link to the order's tracking page. They press send, and the order lands in your chats. Pluvika keeps the same order in your Orders list.

Would you rather orders did not go through chat? In Settings, under How orders reach you, choose Straight to Pluvika: customers place the order on your page and it arrives in Orders with an alert on your phone.

  4. Confirm and update the customer with one tap

Open the order in Orders and move it along: confirm it, mark it ready, mark it completed. At each step Pluvika offers a WhatsApp message to the customer, already written in their language with the order code and the tracking link, and their tracking page updates by itself.

  5. Delivery your way

Pluvika does not deliver. You choose how orders reach customers: within a distance of your shop on the map, to the areas you name, by shipping to regions, or pickup only. A customer outside your area sees it before ordering. For a driver, one tap copies the order's details with the address and the map link.

  6. Payment your way

Pluvika never touches the money. Choose the ways you accept: cash, card on delivery, bank transfer or PayPal. For a bank transfer your account details show at checkout, and one tap sends the customer a polite reminder with the total. The customer pays you directly, and the order says how.

  7. When you are closed

Add your opening hours, and your page shows open, closing soon or closed. You decide what happens after hours: keep taking orders, with each customer told when you open, or switch that off so the order button shows when you open again. A preparation time sets the earliest delivery or pickup a customer can choose.
