Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Pluvika collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website at pluvika.com and related services (the “Service”). Pluvika is operated by FMP Digital Solutions, a sole establishment registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (Economic Licence No. CN-6617899) (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. Who we are
Pluvika is a tool that lets a business build a simple catalog page. Customers browse that page and place an order or send an enquiry through the business's own WhatsApp. If you have any questions about this Policy or your data, contact us at support@pluvika.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details — your name, email address, and either a password or, if you choose social sign-in, an identifier from Google or Microsoft.
- Business profile — your business name, description, WhatsApp number, address or location, currency, opening hours, and any logo or cover images and brand colour you upload.
- Catalog content — the products, categories, prices, photos, and descriptions you add.
Information collected automatically
- Catalog analytics— when a visitor views a business's public page or taps to order, enquire, or contact the business, we record an event (its type, the time, and any approximate delivery location the visitor enters) so the business owner can see how their page is performing. We do not use this to build advertising profiles.
- Basic technical data — limited device and usage information needed to operate and secure the Service.
Cookies. We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to run the Service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
3. How we use your information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
- To create your account and sign you in securely.
- To show business owners analytics about their own catalog pages.
- To send essential transactional emails (such as email verification, password resets, and billing notices).
- To keep the Service secure and to comply with our legal obligations.
4. Signing in with Google or Microsoft
If you choose to sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive basic profile information (such as your name and email address) from them to create and secure your account. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.
5. Payments
Paid subscriptions are processed by our payment provider, Polar(Polar Software, Inc.), which acts as the Merchant of Record for those purchases. When you subscribe, your payment details are collected and processed by Polar under Polar's own privacy policy. We do not store your full card details.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run Pluvika, and only as needed:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage (servers located in the European Union).
- Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
- Resend — sending our transactional emails.
- Polar — processing subscription payments.
- Cloudflare — DNS and routing email sent to our support address.
- Google and Microsoft — only if you use them to sign in.
We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Pluvika and its users.
7. Where your data is stored
Your data is hosted on infrastructure located in the European Union and delivered globally over secure connections. Wherever your data is processed, we take steps to keep it protected as described in this Policy.
8. Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings — doing so permanently removes your business, your catalog, and the data associated with it. You may also email support@pluvika.com for help.
9. Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your information — most of it directly within the app. To make a request or ask a question about your data, contact support@pluvika.com.
10. Security
We protect your information with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls that restrict data to the account that owns it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work hard to safeguard your information.
11. Children
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above.
