Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid Pluvika subscriptions. Pluvika is operated by FMP Digital Solutions, a sole establishment registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (Economic Licence No. CN-6617899). Subscription payments are processed by Polar (Polar Software, Inc.), our Merchant of Record.

1. The free plan

Our Starter plan is free. There is no charge and nothing to cancel — you can simply stop using it, or delete your account, at any time.

2. Subscriptions and renewals

Paid plans (Pro and Business) are billed in advance for each billing period and renew automatically until you cancel.

3. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account settings, or by emailing support@pluvika.com. When you cancel, you keep your paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, your account moves to the free Starter plan. You will not be charged again once you have cancelled.

4. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing period, including partial periods. That said, we want to be fair. If you were charged in error, experienced a technical problem that prevented you from using the Service, or believe a charge was incorrect, email support@pluvika.com within 14 days of the charge. We will look into it and issue a refund where appropriate.

5. How refunds are processed

Because payments are handled by Polar (our Merchant of Record), any approved refund is returned to your original payment method through Polar and may take a few business days to appear. On your bank or card statement, the charge may show as “Polar” or a similar reference rather than “Pluvika”.

6. Price changes

If we change subscription prices, we will give you reasonable notice. Any change applies from your next renewal, and you are free to cancel before then if you do not wish to continue.
