How it reaches you
On WhatsApp, every order arrives as one message with its code and its dishes, so none gets lost between chats. Straight to Pluvika, orders collect in your Orders list with a push and an email, and customers follow theirs on a tracking page.
What your page shows
- Your dishes as rows with a photo, a price and the choices you offer.
- Pickup from your door or delivery to the areas you name, paid in cash, by card on delivery or by bank transfer.
- A stock count for each dish if you want one, so a dish shows as sold out when the last portion goes.

Questions
How do customers pay me?
Directly, in the ways you accept: cash, card on delivery or a bank transfer to the account you add in Settings. Pluvika never touches the money between you and your customers.
What if I only cook on some days?
Set your opening hours for the days you cook. Your page shows when you are open, and you decide whether orders can still come in while you are closed.
