It starts in Order mode, so a customer builds the whole order, cake size and candles included, and sends it in one go.
How it reaches you
On WhatsApp, the order arrives as one message with its code and every choice, so you bake exactly what was asked for. Straight to Pluvika, it waits in your Orders list with a push and an email, and the customer sees each step on a tracking page.
What your page shows
- Rows with a small photo, and a starting price wherever a size changes it.
- A preparation time you set, so customers see the earliest pickup or delivery before they order.
- Choices and extras on each item, like the size of a cake or a card with the box.

Questions
Can I ask for a day's notice?
Yes. Set a preparation time in Settings, from same day to a number of hours you choose, and your page shows customers the earliest delivery or pickup before they send the order.
Can I sell cakes to order and drinks on the same page?
Yes. Put them in categories of their own, such as Cakes and Drinks, and customers move between them with the strip at the top of your page.
